I have been creating a list of TUF principles. I spend time thinking about the physical/movement and spiritual aspect of each principle. It's amazing...as time passes, I get a little wiser. It becomes clearer to me that each principle is meant to evolve my life. My approach to difficult situations. My understanding of being a better, stronger, more dominant man.
So in total respect of my number one earthly teacher of true confidence and raw power Master Heru-Ur Nehket, and to all my TUF Brothers, I share my ever growing list of TUF principles. The teachings of Master Heru-Ur Nekhet will never be forgotten. Please add more and more, so this list grows. Any insight or ideas or interpretations or corrections are welcome.

1. Penetrate and dominate.
2. I take what is given until I get what I want.
3. Reset hips and legs stepping offline...step by step.
4. Breath with all movement.
5. Offensive mindset.

43. Foot work, foot work, foot work. Balance, feet parallel. Move with hips not with legs. Always shift weight to maintain core balance.
44. Learn to feel.

46. Know the TUF affirmation.
47. Where the head goes the body follows.
48. Always give a knee on the way down.
49. Hard, go soft. Soft, go hard.
